Jaclyn and Jeremy's Wedding

People say that who you develop into is based on your family, friends, and the environment you have grown up around. Jaclyn and Jeremy are outstanding people who undoubtedly have grown up with outstanding families and friends. We very much enjoyed working with them from the day we met them to their engagement session, rehearsal and wedding. Jaclyn and Jeremy were married at the First Baptist Church in Virginia Beach on 35th Street on July 24th and then it was off to one of our favorite places on the Oceanfront - The Sheraton - for the reception. It was a very entertaining night with the dance floor rock'n and shak'n. We certainly will miss working with them and hope to work with their families or friends in the future!

Alethea and Lee's Engagement Session

Last week, Alethea and Lee flew in from Louisiana to meet with us for their engagement shoot at Sandbridge. A friend recommended them to us and we are glad to work with them as they are a great couple who are just naturally in love. I also met Alethea's mother months ago at their family owned restaurant in Norfolk (Enrico's) and she was a very nice woman who wanted the best for Alethea. By the way, I heard Enrico's serves some great food and makes this mean burger called the Pittsburg Burger (which I have yet to try, but I am looking forward to trying one!) In a couple weeks we will be at the Hermitage for their wedding and we can't wait! The Hermitage is a gorgeous place and we know their wedding will be a beautiful one. Anja, Carlos, Oliver and Baby ????????

For those of you who keep up with the blog, you first met this awesome family last year in September. Almost a year has passed and much has changed. Oliver has grown up and he is such a bright little boy and Anja and Carlos have another little one on the way. They have decided to wait until the day that the baby is born to find out if it is a girl or boy. Anja contacted us to do another shoot before the new baby arrived. We spent the morning with the family at the Fort Story beach where the weather was nice and cool with some pretty sweet looking clouds in the background. In a couple weeks, Anja and Carlos will have another one to chase....*****sigh***** - kids. Congratulations to the both of them and I'm sure Oliver will have fun with his new brother or sister!
