Kim and Joe's Engagement Session

We met with Kim and Joe on a beautiful Saturday morning last week at Sandbridge in Virginia Beach. Last Saturday was a special day for Joe because it was his birthday! Joe is in the military and I just wanted to take a minute to tell Joe and all of our military that I am proud of what they are doing out there. Joe travels back and forth every week or so to see Kim and we know that must be a hard thing to do. Growing up, I remember my dad leaving all the time for deployments and it felt like forever before he came home. We are excited to work with Kim, Joe, and their families and look forward to their wedding. It will be our first wedding with a groomswoman!

Rozalyn and Mike's Wedding

I am going to have to say that it was hard to say goodbye to Roz and Mike. We had a lot of fun from the engagement session through the wedding day. It was because of Mike and Roz that so many clients have requested the "multi-exposure" beach shot. Mike's goofy personality alone is just one of the reasons why I enjoy photography - you meet people who just make you laugh on and on. It's not completely goodbye yet because we will be doing a special bridal session with Roz. We thoroughly loved working with everyone and had some great laughs at the reception. Check out a preview of their day below and check back here later for the special bridal session.

Keisha and Jeremy's Wedding

It was a blast to work with Keisha, Jeremy and their friends and family. On September 6th, Keisha and Jeremy got married at the Sheraton Hotel at the oceanfront in Virginia Beach. Cole and I started our day hanging out with the guys. Jeremy admitted he was very nervous and the groomsmen were already in the party mood. We later hung out with the women who seemed to be in great spirits and ready to rock. Everything fell in place perfectly and things couldn't have played out any better. The night was full - I mean full- of non-stop dancing. Everyone group danced, lap danced, break danced, and just had an awesome time. We would like to say thanks to Keisha and Jeremy for everything and we hope you love your pictures. Here is a peek at some of the action on that day.......

Keisha's Bridals

Earlier this year we worked with Keisha and Jeremy at First Landing in Virginia Beach for their engagement session. This time it was Keisha's turn to shine. Cole and I (oh an can't forget mom.. Keisha's mom that is..) had the opportunity to shoot Keisha's bridals at one of the most gorgeous spots in Norfolk - The Chrysler Museum. We hung out and took some shots in Huber Court and at the Tiffany Memorial Gardens. Future brides if you ever fancy a beautiful place to take bridal photos, keep Chrysler Museum in mind. Here is a peek at some of the photos we took.
